1. Navigate to the Hard Drive on your system on which DigEplan is installed. This is typically (C:) but can differ depending on your system. Once in the drive, look for the 'tmp' folder as highlighted below
2. Once inside the 'tmp' folder locate the 'LCT_PDF_Converter_App.log' as seen below. You may then need to upload this log to the support portal to assist with problem diagnosis
