DigEplan customer pre-requisites checklist for upgrades or system changes


In order for Lifecycle technology to process a DigEplan configuration update, change or install, please complete the attached excel spreadsheet and attach to the corresponding support ticket before the update.

  1. Download the attached form
  2. Complete 1 form per system (Test & Production)
    • Ensure any pre-requisites are validated
  3. Attach the form to the support ticket prior to the update appointment
