1. Ensure that any substituted/missing fonts have been installed
2. Clear the AutoVue Cache
First ensure that AutoVue is not running. You may need to either stop the Oracle AutoVue service on your server, or if you are using the Desktop Deployment, quit the application from using the system tray icon.
Navigate to the following path: C:/Oracle/AutoVue/bin/Cache
Then, delete the 0 folder found within this location.
3. Add the KEEPORIGINALCOLORS value to the allusers.ini
C:/Oracle/AutoVue/bin/allusers.ini
Under the [OPTIONS] heading, add the following value: KEEPORIGINALCOLORS=1
You will now see elements appear correctly in AutoVue:
